Description
The Monks of the Carthusian order periodically collect an extremely limited quantity of their Green or Yellow liquor which ages for many years in the ancient oak barrels, more than a century old, from the famous cellars of the Carthusian distillery in Voiron. , under the supervision of the Chartreuse Fathers who keep it until they themselves estimate that it has reached its full maturity.
