A wine that is born in the Finca L’Ermita located in Gratallops. Slate (llicorell) laminar structure, located vertically and obliquely. The plot is characterized by a diagonal vein of sandstone. L’Ermita is a red coupage formed by the varieties Garnacha, Samsó, among others. 100% destemmed and crushed soft. Alcoholic fermentation in small wooden tubs with bazuqueos. Maceration for about 45 days. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation in barrels.
