​El Legaris Reserva 2005 is a vino tinto of the Denominación de Origen Ribera del Duero, made by Bodegas Legaris. This single varietal of Tempranillo reflects the essence of the region and the meticulous labor of the winery. The harvest is carried out manually, selecting the uvas at their optimum point of maturation. In a cold maceration to extract aromas and color, the alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel deposits at a controlled temperature. Subsequently, the wine carried out the maloláctica fermentation in new French oak barrels. The crianza extends for 13 months in new robust barrels of different tones, grains and toasted grades, fully loaded and structured into the wine.Our products are vintage collector’s bottles. They have been kept in a cellar, but we cannot guarantee their consumption. Responsible consumption. Only suitable for adults.
