PINGUS 2014 Dominio de Pingus (Ribera del Duero)

Pingus domain or simply “Pingus” as it is often called, has already become a myth. Five hectares of vineyard and a 150-barrel aging cellar is all that the Danish winemaker Peter Sisseck has needed to create his extremely powerful and elegant Dominio de Pingus, of very limited production.

TASTING NOTES

It is a wonderful wine. The end is very long. It is remembered for up to a minute after it has disappeared from the mouth. In fact, it is so rich, complex and expressive that it can be taken alone.
It offers an aroma of smoke, charcoal, wild blackberries, blueberries, which are strongly accentuated on the palate. This wine deserves a decade of stay in the winery, keeping it to enjoy and enjoy it for the next 25 years.
